Appointment Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Policy Details • Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice will also be subject to a 50% service charge. • Payment: This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file used to secure your booking.
